CANCELLATION POLICY
- 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date, minus $300 cancellation fee.
- After final payment is made, rental fees are non-refundable unless time is re-rented and payments received. Tax, cleaning and security deposit are refunded.
- All cancellations have $300 cancellation fee regardless of time cancellation occurs.
