Please check our calendar for availability. It is updated frequently. However, we sometimes hold dates for people and those dates will show available until the reservation is confirmed.

This unit is not well suited for small children. If you are traveling with your family, please call or email before making your reservation.
Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
When final payment is made, you will receive a link to our island information ‘concierge’ packet with tips on car rentals, restaurants and things to do.
7 days prior to arrival you will receive the code to the front door electronic keypad.

100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date, minus $300 cancellation fee.
After final payment is made, rental fees are non-refundable unless time is re-rented. Tax and cleaning fee are refunded at the time of cancellation.
All cancellations have $300 cancellation fee regardless of time cancellation occurs.
We highly recommend considering trip cancellation insurance available at check out.
